I am really looking forward to this morning. I am having Pete, a dear old friend over for morning tea. To celebrate we will be having my Nana’s Never Fail Scones.
It will be a celebration of abiding friendships and I will be quietly remembering my beautiful Nan. She was an amazing lady and only 6 months since her passing I am missing her so much.
I thought I would be generous and share this quick simple recipe with you. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
I cup of Cream
I cup of Lemonade (diet works)
3 Cups of Self Raising Flour.
Directions:
Mix all together
knead lightly
cut out your scones
cook at 220c for 10 min.
